SYMPTOMS OF CANCER - A persistent cough is a common sign of lung cancer. In fact it is the most common sign! It’s normal to have a cough for a couple of weeks. Most symptoms that you have are relatively harmless. But, still, sometimes it is beneficial to get yourself checked out. The pros are much longer than the cons. So pay attention as we go ever some of the most common signs of cancer.
1. Bloating
I know what you’re thinking. As a woman, you can’t go to the doctor every time you feel bloated. But if the bloating persists after a week or two, you won’t be sorry if you check in with your physician just in case. The risk of ovarian cancer isn’t worth it.

Fatigue and cancer go hand in hand. But fatigue, which is tiredness even after rest, is all too common. However, if it persists for too long, you might want to ask a doctor about colon cancer, stomach cancer, and leukemia.

This may sound like nothing to worry about, but sometimes it is. Sure, it could be stress or thyroid problems, but it could also be pancreatic cancer. So if you lose more than a few pounds without trying, your best bet is to call your doctor.

One commonly ignored sign of colon cancer is bloody stools. This can be red, dark brown, or black. This could be harmless, but if it persists for more than a day, it is highly recommended that you contact your doctor.

Again, fevers are very common. But it also goes hand in hand with cancer. Let’s put it this way. All people with cancer will have a fever at some point, even though not all people will fevers will have cancer.

16. Inability to Heal
If you find that your sores, cuts, and bruises aren’t healing like they used to, then you might want to ask your doctor about it. Many cancers, including skin cancer, will zap your immune system, making it hard to recover.
17. Random Lumps
You’ve definitely heard of this one! Especially in the breast. If you can catch these lumps, you might not save yourself a lot of pain, but you might actually save your own life! So, self-examinations are highly recommended.
Don’t ignore this last system, no matter how embarrassing! 
18. Bowel Habit Changes
Long-term constipation, diarrhea, or even the change in the size may be a sign of colon cancer. If you are experiencing any odd pain while using the restroom, it is nearly imperative that you contact your doctor as soon as possible!
